1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site that operates independently of government. It does not store official records, obtain records for users, run official checks, or submit filings.

The content routes readers to Saline County custodians, including the sheriff, Circuit Court, Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry, and may connect visitors with outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of federal, Missouri, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, or harass someone with information found here

Registry data supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer site tools designed to evaluate applicants, insurance risk, rental applications, or creditworthiness.
