Why We Built This Site
Missouri offers several public access routes, yet each record remains with its own custodian. The Saline County Sheriff controls sheriff reports, booking information, and the jail roster. The Circuit Clerk keeps filed charges, dockets, judgments, and certified court copies. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Justice Information Services Division maintains the Central Repository and MACHS, while the Missouri Department of Corrections contact system and Missouri Sex Offender Registry answer different custody, supervision, and registration questions. Federal records use separate official sources, including the Western District of Missouri, PACER, and the FBI's Identity History Summary process. We organize those separate channels so readers can identify the right source.
